Rick Erwin - President, Data Division - Experian Marketing Services

Rick Erwin serves as President of the Data Division within Marketing Services and is responsible for bringing comprehensive and compelling data assets and insight to the market. The recent realignment of the Marketing Services business units of Hitwise, Experian Simmons, and Marketing Information Services into the Data division creates an opportunity to leverage collaboration and expertise across business units and the organization.

Rick is responsible for the strategic direction, growth and profitability of the Data division. The Data division helps commercial and consumer marketers acquire, retain and grow profitable customer relationships by providing extensive information about their existing and prospective customers, including key insight about their interests and preferences that predict purchasing behavior.

He joined Experian in December 2004 as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Development for Experian Marketing Services, where he was responsible for all strategic and tactical marketing as well as product innovation for the business.

Prior to Experian, Rick worked in various sales, operations and general management roles at RR Donnelley. While at RR Donnelley, he started and ran a direct marketing services business within the company and he managed their largest account valued at $110MM annually.

He graduated with a BA from Michigan State University and with an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
