Jean Ng - Managing Director - Experian Hong Kong and Taiwan

Jean Ng was promoted to Managing Director for Experian Hong Kong and Taiwan in April 2009.  She leads the strategic development of Hong Kong and Taiwan operations to expand Experian’s leading analytics and marketing services capabilities to support local customers across all vertical markets.

Jean first joined Experian in October 2005 as the Asia Pacific Vice President for Human Resources. Over the four years she has led the Human Resources functions across Asia Pacific, driving integrated HR strategies ranging from organisational development, talent acquisition, reward schemes, merger and acquisition to corporate responsibilities that strengthen the support for Experian business growth and expansion in the region. The markets include China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand.

Prior to that, Jean was the Regional Human Resources Manager, Asia Pacific with Eaton Corporation, a global leader in diversified industrial manufacturing. She also held positions in the insurance sector, as the Assistant Training and Development Manager for AIA and Human Resources Advisor for Manulife.

Jean has 15 years of experience in helping multinational companies across the region drive human resources initiatives and organisational development.  She holds a Bachelor of Business Management in Human Resources and Business Management from the University of Sydney, and an MBA from the University of South Australia.
