These reports also show which customer acquisition tactics have proven to be the most successful. Key Features
- Conversion Types: Hitwise offers Conversion reports on two types of 'conversions'. The reports can detail the percentage of:
- Traffic to sections of a website, such as visits to the romance novel section of an online bookstore or the shopping section of a museum website.
- Actions taken on a website, like booking a hotel room on a travel agency website, downloading a video or completing a 'request for quote' form. It also allows for reporting on abandoned transactions.
- Conversion Filters: For each conversion point you nominate, different search term, clickstream and demographic 'filters' can be applied. This reveals the rate at which keywords, upstream websites and demographic profiles have 'converted'. This data is reported as the percentage of traffic that has converted on a specific conversion point for each filter.
- Customisable Monthly Reports: Once the conversion points you wish to have analysed are established, PDF reports will be delivered to you on a monthly basis, for the time specified.
