It is evident that Amazon dominates the Australian e-commerce sector with an average 7.77% conversion rate, beating the long-established eBay. Amazon and eBay are all set to lock horns to gain consumer loyalty with Prime and Launch. BigW and Target increased their online conversion rate from Q1 to Q2, whereas Kmart saw a decline of -0.02%.
